So sad to learn of Ron's passing. We spent more than ten years together bringing traffic reports to Rochesterians on WVOR-FM. A great and generous man, Ron sought to bring excellence to everything he did. God bless.

I have fond memories of Ron from when he and Officer Gary Chard would do daily traffic reports on WVOR Radio on the station's Morning Show.
Officer Gar did the reports while Ron piloted the helicopter.
Ron had a great personality and I never saw him when he didn't have a big smile on his face.
Sorry to hear of his passing. God bless his family and friends during this difficult time.
