Stefan J. Randjelovic

Stefan Randjelovic, 26, passed away on Wednesday October 17 at his residence in Howard Michigan. He was born on February 16, 1986 in Iron River Michigan, the son of Erlin "Randy" and Anita Randjelovic. Stefan attended Crystal Falls Forest Park School for 12 years graduating in 2005. Physical issues including a kidney transplant in 1997 limited certain athletic activities but a special protective brace allowed Stefan to participate as a place kicker on Coach Santilli's Trojan football team. Stefan partook in numerous parts in Drama and Forensic through his four years in high school with an especially memorable part as the scarecrow in the Wizard Of OZ in which anyone that knew him by the nickname of "Footer" can understand why his Drama Teacher, Mrs. Warmanen, had the part especially for him. After graduating from Forest Park he attended Ferris State University and was employed as an associate department manager at Menards in Big Rapids Michigan until the time of his death. Stefan enjoyed fishing and spending time with his two classmate friends Nikos and Paul, along with Greg and other coworkers at Menards. Stefan passionately followed his favorite sports teams especially the White Sox, Notre Dame football, and Chicago Black Hawks. Stefan was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents John and Josephine Gorecki, paternal grandfather Slavo Randjelovic, and very close friend Josh Bicigo. He is survived by his parents Randy and Anita Randjelovic of Crystal Falls, brother Rick of Indianapolis, sister Natalie of Crystal Falls, sister Katie (Griffin) McCormick of Pontotoc Mississippi, grandmother Maria Randjelovic of Indianapolis, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Stefan's typical upbeat personality and comedic disposition, in spite of dealing with many physical challenges, will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00pm Monday, Oct. 22nd at the Nash Funeral Home of Crystal Falls. Funeral services will be at 11:00pm Tuesday at Guardian Angels Church in Crystal Falls. Fr. Jeffrey Kurtz will offer the Mass of Christian burial. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Crystal Falls. The family has entrusted the Nash Funeral Home of Crystal Falls with the arrangements.
