I remember. . . Friday after school, taking the bus together. We would sneak into the kitchen, steal some meatballs and run to your room. Your mom would yell, "You're not in my gravy are you?" We would yell, "No!" and laugh as we ate the best meatballs in the world in your room. She knew. Loved your mom.
