William G. McHarry

William was born on February 2, 1942 and passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019. William was a resident of Thebes, Illinois at the time of passing. He attended the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in rural Thebes; was a 32nd degree mason with the Caledonia Masonic Lodge #47 AF/AM of Olive Branch where he had served as a Past Master; was a Shriner; and was an avid hunter. He attended the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in rural Thebes; was a 32nd degree mason with the Caledonia Masonic Lodge #47 AF/AM of Olive Branch where he had served as a Past Master; was a Shriner; and was an avid hunter. Friends may call Thursday between 5-8 pm at the Jones Funeral Home in Tamms where a Masonic Service will be at 7 pm by members of the Caledonia Masonic Lodge #47 AF/AM of Olive Branch. Funeral services will follow at 7:30. Cremation services will follow with a private inurnment at the Mount Zion Cemetery rural Thebes. Per the family's request, expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorials to the Jones Funeral Home PO Box 147 Villa Ridge, Illinois 62996 to help with the expenses.
