Margaret Widner Maiden SALTVILLE, Va. Margaret Widner Maiden, age 81, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2011, at Valley Health Care in Chilhowie, Va. She was preceded in death by husband, Edgar A. Maiden; mother, Callie Widner; father, Leonard Widner; brothers, Raymond Widner and Paul Widner; and sisters, Shirley Pruitt, Joanne Widner and Jenette Widner. Survived by sons, Michael Maiden and wife, Debbie, Lonnie Maiden and wife, Kathy, and Kirk Maiden and wife, Brandi; special sons, Charles Maiden, Eddie Hahn and Elmer Moore; grandchildren, Vince Maiden, Adam Maiden, Elisabeth Maiden, Lonnie Maiden Jr., Kayleigh Maiden and Drake Maiden; four great-grandchildren; and special friend, Martha Maiden. Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2011 at Henderson Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Strange officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday evening prior to the service. Graveside service for family will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mount Rose Cemetery.
