ALLEN F. HAILEY Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home Allen F. Hailey was born on March 13,1920 in Eltopia, Washington to Olon and Tennessee Hailey. Allen passed away on October 27, 2016. He graduated from Pasco High School and continued his education at Eastern Washington College of Education earning a teaching degree. On March 28, 1942 Allen married the love of his life, Mildred (Tillie) Maxwell. Allen was a 1st Lieutenant in the Army Air Corp, piloting a B-26 Bomber and flying 65 missions over Europe during World War II. Upon returning to civilian life Allen and Tillie lived a short time in Spokane before moving to Eltopia to take over the family dry land wheat farm and cattle ranch. Allen is survived by his daughter Janelle Dupuis and son Jim (Jeanne), five grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. He was a wonderful, gentle man. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2016, 2:00 p.m., at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, 10th and Union Street, Kennewick. In lieu of flowers consider making a donation to the Franklin County Historical Society, 305 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301.
