ARIC COOPER ELLISON Hillcrest Memorial Center Aric Cooper Ellison, 18, of Kennewick, WA, left us to join our Lord on October 14, 2016. Cooper was born in Richland, WA on July 26, 1998, to Aric and Gina Ellison. Cooper grew up in Kenne-wick and loved playing sports; hunting and fishing; riding motorcycles, ATV's and snowmobiles; wake boarding and skiing. Cooper loved to be on the move, spending time with friends and family. It took a village to raise Cooper, and his family is grateful for all those who had a hand in his life. Cooper attended Kamiakin High School, where he played multiple sports. He was very outgoing and comfortable in any social group and was always trying to make people laugh and smile. Cooper was blessed to have found the love of his life and best friend in Unique Zier in seventh grade. They were inseparable for the past six years. He was like a son to Unique's parents, Chris and Lori, and they loved him as family. Cooper and Unique attended South Hills Church in Kennewick, building their relationship on faith. Cooper is survived by his parents, Aric and Gina Ellison; big sisters, Emily and Holly Ellison; girlfriend, Unique Zier; grandparents, Russ and Marilyn Moad; grandparents, Howard and Bev Ellison; uncle Brett (Tammy) Moad; uncle Kevin Ellison; cousins Jake Moad, Whitney Ellison-Coffman, and Kory Ellison. A celebration of life will be held at South Hills Church, 3700 West 27th Avenue in Kennewick on Friday, October 21, at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, Coop would want you to send donations and/or shoes to Ohana Crisis Center, 1213 N. Morain Loop, Kennewick WA 99336. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16.
