He completed his BS in Accounting at CWU in 1984 after also attending CBC and UPS in Tacoma. He became an instant father to her daughter Brooke and he enjoyed teaching her to work puzzles, fish and ride a bike. They later had sons Adam and Ryan who he shared many wonderful adventures with. They enjoyed hiking, fishing, drives and dirt bike rides in the Cascade Mountains. During his years of employment, he was a very hard worker with a strong moral compass. In 2003 Art began his employment with American Linen as a route sales rep until his retirement at the end of 2015. Then to earn a little more money, he worked as a cab driver for Rad Cab for most of 2016. Art was a dedicated family man and always had a dog as a furry companion. He enjoyed spending time at his family cabin, taking road trips and cruises with his wife. He had good times gold prospecting in WA, OR, AZ and Canada. He is already deeply missed.
