CLINTON WILLIAM WHITE Born 1942. Died November 27, 2016 at 74. He died of lung cancer two weeks after being diagnosed. Clint was the youngest of 12 children. Born in Dorchester, MA, he served in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1962. He worked at Maywood Pine in Tacoma, WA building furniture. After they closed he took a job at the smelter, in Ruston, until a fall injured his back. After completing a program at Green River Community College, he was hired by Boeing as a drafting engineer and went on to Drawing Quality Assurance. Clint retired in 1999, and after his wife retired, they moved to the Tri-Cities. Clint was a very talented man. He enjoyed woodworking, cabinetry, painting, hunting, fishing,and karaoke. He was also very active in the VFW and with the Honor Guard serving out of post #7952 in Richland, WA. He was also a member of the American Legion 0034 in Pasco, WA. Clint is survived by his Wife Connie White. Sisters: Irene Pascoe (Bob), June Willhoite, and Louella Bratton (Jamie). Children: Clinton James White, Frank White, and Paula White-Jorgenson. Step-children: Debbie, Steven, and Roger Banks. Also nine grand children and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father Clifford White, Mother Ruth Fields, Step-father Marvin Fields, Brothers: Clifford Jr., Donald, Thomas White and Sister: Lorraine Day. There will be a celebration of life Saturday December 10th at 3:pm at the VFW post #7952. 1369 George Washington Way Richland,WA. In place of flowers please make a donation to the building fund of VFW post #7952
