EULA MERRELL DEWITZ Eula Merrell DeWitz (90), Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother passed away February 6th, 2017, at her home in Kennewick, WA. Eulas was born near Flomot, Texas on November 6th, 1926 and moved to the Tri- Cities in 1947. She worked on the Hanford Project from 1951 to 1989, retiring from Westinghouse as a financial clerk. Eula loved being on the First Presbyterian Church mission team and helping the Miriam's Gifts Ministry. She loved to cook family dinners and everyone was welcome, especially during the holidays. She leaves behind her Daughter Janann, and Daughter-in-law Georgia, grandchildren: Tom & Lisa, Tim, Jennye & Joseph, Melissa & Tyson, Mark & Cynthia & Greg, along with 14 Great Grandchildren. Eula was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jesse, sons Gary, Harold and Daughter-in-law Barbara. There will be a celebration of life at First Presbyterian Church 2001 W. Kennewick Ave. on March 11th from 1pm to 3pm. In lieu of flowers, Eula would encourage you to call a shut-in or someone you haven't seen in a long time. God Bless.
