JAMES WILLIAM CROW II James William Crow II was the first child born to James William Crow and Amelia (Midge) Louella Crow (Hobson). Jim was born on December 28, 1953, in Inglewood, CA. Jim passed away on March 28, 2016 in Portland, OR. Jim moved up to Richland, WA in 1980. The Tri-Cities was his home base for much of the rest of his life. Anyone who came in contact with Jim knew he loved the LORD. Jim settled in to Berean Baptist Church in Pasco, WA. He loved his brothers and sisters there, especially his pastor, Cos Edwards. Jim loved working on older model foreign cars, blogging, and talking about Jesus. He also enjoyed talking politics. Jim worked for many years as a truck driver. His final job was with LTI, Inc./ Milky Way. Jim lost control of his truck and rolled on Interstate 84 while heading west as he approached Boardman, OR. Jim was eventually taken to Emmanuel Hospital in Portland, OR where he passed away. We miss Jim, but we look forward to being all together in heaven someday. "Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before Him He endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart." Hebrews 12:1-3 Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Midge Crow. Jim is survived by his brother, Gordon (Sandy), sister Jonni Marcotte (Virgil), brother Dan (Cheri), and brother Jeff (Kathy) as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service is being planned for Jim on Saturday, April 23 at 11:00 am at Pasco Christian Church.
