KAIRAN ANDREW ROGER SCOTT 12 Hillcrest Memorial Center Kairan Andrew Roger Scott, was born into this world on July 13, 2004 in Kennewick, Washington. He was the son of Heather Scott-Mason. At a young age Kairan had a passion and love for animals. He especially loved his dogs Piggy and Nugget. Kairan was a Boy Scout. He truly loved exploring with troop 241 in Clatskanie, OR. One of his favorite memories of being a Boy Scout was going on a white-water rafting trip; Kairan was the only boy to fall out of the boat. Although it scared him at the time, he had fun and had a real sense of adventure. Kairan was a wiz on a computer and would spend hours watching YouTube videos and playing video games. He recently started to get into photography and video production. Kairan loved singing with his sisters; his favorite song to sing was "Fireflies" by Owl City and the songs from the movie Moana. Kairan was very close with his sisters, so close that they formed their own secret language that only they understood. Kairan loved being in the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, kayaking, swimming, snowboarding, throwing knives, shooting BB guns, playing tennis, making paracord bracelets and swinging on the rope swing in the back yard. This past year Kairan graduated from the 7th grade at the Chinook Middle School in Kennewick where he earned straight A's. Kairan also participated on the cross-country team earlier in 7th grade in Clatskanie, OR where he lived with his family for 3 years; he found a new passion in running there. In elementary school Kairan was in the chess club. Kairan loved reading; a few of his favorite books were Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and the Brothers Grimm fairytales. He also had a passion for playing with Magic cards and learning magic tricks with normal card decks. Kairan was a mommy's boy; he had a kind heart and showed love to everyone. He had a sense of humor and his smile was infectious. Kairan is survived by his parents Heather Scott-Mason, Steven Mason and Robert Lopez, and his siblings Sadie Jane, Kaylie, Trenton and Abagale. He is also survived by his Granny Janice, Auntie Ericka and Grandpa Larry amongst many other family members and friends. His Grandfather, Roger Scott preceded Kairan in death.
