KENNETH R. SLEETH Mueller's Chapel of the Falls Kenneth R. Sleeth, 94, of Kennewick, passed away on May 23, 2016 at the Royal Columbian Retirement Inn. He was born on September 26, 1921 in Lancaster, MO. He attended school in the Walker School District, and 3 years of high school at Darling-ton, MO, with his senior year at King City High School, graduating in the class of 1940. In 1945 married Mary Jean Gossett, at Gardner Kansas. He owned and operated a cabinet making, Heating and Plumbing business along with a remolding home business. He was a member of the 1st Baptist Church, in King City Missouri and was ordained a Deacon in the Church. Mary passed away in 1992, after which time Kenneth moved to Kennewick to care for his mother. While caring for his mother he meet and later married Grace Burnett in 1994, Grace passed away in 2005. Kenneth enjoyed planting flowers, while his favorite was roses. He also enjoyed making Cherry Jubilee cake and sharing them with his neighbors. Kenneth is survived by his: Grandchildren, Paul and Tari McBride, West Richland, Wa. Cousins, Larry Aeschlman, Sue DeMerchant, and Joyce Sleeth. He was preceded in death by his: Parents, and wives Mary Jean Gossett and Grace Burnett and brother Jack. A Viewing will be held at Mueller's Chapel of the Falls, on Tuesday May 31, from 2-7pm Burial will take place in King City, Missouri Memorials are suggested to Hospice.
