LEE ARDEN BECKLEY Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home Lee Arden Beckley, better known as "Beck" to many, passed away on March 21, 2017 at the age of 87. Arden is predeceased by his parents, Walter and Mildred Beckley, siblings Merle, Cecil and Hazel, and his first wife, Midge. He is survived by his wife Jean, his six children, Cindy, Greg, Jeff, Kelly, Penny and Jill, Jean's two children Debbie and Gary, and 16 grandchildren who thought he was a pretty great grandpa. The most recent great grandchild born is his namesake - little Beckley June! Arden was born in Twin Falls Idaho, and moved to Parma, Idaho as a young boy. After graduation from Parma High, he began his career in the dirt! Whether it was selling fertilizer to farmers, or setting up irrigation systems in Saudi Arabia, he was a master of how to get crops to grow. He loved to talk about farming. He finally retired at the age of 82. He also enjoyed following his six kids around and watching them either in their sports, or rodeo. He liked to travel and he and Jean went on some wonderful adventures together. He never knew a stranger and could tell a story better than anyone else! He was ornery and fun and loved by all. The family wishes to thank Dr. Cain, Chaplaincy Hospice Care, Home Instead Senior Care and Desert Wind Gardens for their support. The memorial service will be held Friday, March 24, 2017, 11:00 a.m., at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, 1401 S. Union Street, Kennewick, with Pastor Phil Paulsen officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chaplaincy Hospice Care. Arden will be buried next to his first wife, Midge, at Waterville Cemetery in Waterville, Washington. The family invites you to sign their online tribute wall at www.muellersfuneral homes.com.
