PATRICK WAYNE MIEIRS PROSSER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY Patrick Wayne Mieirs, age 65, of Prosser, entered into rest on May 31, 2016 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland. He was born to Stanley and Betty (Foley) Mieirs on October 27, 1950 in Aberdeen, Washington and was raised and educated in Prosser. After a twelve year relationship, Patrick and Gloria Maxine Colgrove were married in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 29, 2002 and the couple continued working and living in Prosser. Pat was a self-employed man, often working side by side with Maxine. They cut and bundled willow and sold it to a floral distributor in Portland and sold fruit in Montana. They also worked in orchards, hauled hay, crushed cars, raised cattle and operated a tree topping service until he suffered a stroke three years ago which forced his retirement. Patrick is survived by his wife and partner of twenty-six years, Maxine of Prosser; his daughters, Sherry Mieirs and Shelly Spencer and husband, Steve all of Moses Lake; step-sons, Philip Anderson and wife, Rhonda of Finley, Art Stigall of Prosser and Ken Holbert and wife, Melanie of Benton city; and twenty grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Mick Mieirs (Rita) of Grandview, Craig Mieirs of Richland and Tim Mieirs and wife, Melissa of Oroville; his sister, Julie Manus of Grandview; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Betty Mieirs; brothers, Casey, Cass and Jess Mieirs; and step-son, Billy Holbert. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 3rd at Calvary Baptist Church in Prosser. Concluding services and burial will follow in the Prosser Cemetery.
