RALPH H. HOWLAND Ralph H. Howland was born on January 27,1922 to Howard and Ruby Howland in Wenatchee, WA. Ralph passed away peacefully on April 14, 2016 at Avalon Rehabilitation Center Pasco at the age of 94. Ralph was a 1940 graduate of Kenne-wick High School. He was the youngest of 5 children and grew up on a farm in east Kennewick. He married his high school sweetheart Lorraine Myers in 1941. In 1949 they moved to Spokane, Wa. He was a jack of all trades. His final job was as a Assessor for Spokane Co. He retired in 1987. In 1993 he and Lorraine retuned back to Kennewick. His favorite hobbies were watching sports, woodworking and was one heck of a cook and baker! He is survived by Sons: Don (Pam) Howland of Spokane, Jay (Debbie) Howland of Kennewick, Daughters: Trudy (Ron) Lambert of Spokane and Becky Patterson and companion Skip Engel of Coeur d' Alene, ID. 6 grandsons, 4 granddaughters and numberous great grand children. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Lorraine, 3 sisters, 1 brother and 1 grand daughter. A graveside service will be Apr. 22, 2016 at Fairmont Cemetary in Spokane, WA at 11:00 am.
