SPENCER, Charlene 10/20/1943 - 11/3/2017 Born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. Graduate of Istrouma HS. Beloved grandmother, master chef, seamstress, best friend, and poodle lover. Tucson resident and community caregiver for 40+ years. Military wife preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Colonel John C. Spencer and her son, Scott C. Spencer. Survived by her children, Christopher Spencer and wife, Cathleen, Susan Britt and husband, Don and Jonathan Spencer and wife, Tirzah and three grandchildren, Lily, Jack, and Charlotte.
