Later, he worked for Grand View Hospital in Perkasie, PA, and served as chairman for Pennridge Community Day. He ended his career with the Minnesota Dept. of Veterans Affairs in St. Paul, MN. His lifetime appreciation of the Southwest drew him to Tucson, AZ for retirement. Deeply connected to art, nature and history, he was an avid arts patron, gardener, traveler and volunteer.
