BOATWRIGHT, Ronald David "Boat" passed away on December 26, 2017 in Surprise, Arizona. He was born on October 10, 1940 in Bakersfield, California. He was the son of late Dolly Williamson, Bill Boatwright, J.D. Williamson, Sr (step-father). Boat is survived by his sister, Charlotte (Boatwright) Jarrell; two nieces, Debbie (Jarrell) Latham and Vicki (Jarrell) Pascucci; and nephew, Keith Jarrell. Having grown up in the West Valley Boat was an Agua Fria High School Alum and went on to play football at Northern Arizona University. He spent his career working for Golden Eagle Distributors in both Flagstaff and Tucson, Arizona. Upon retirement Boat returned to the West Valley and enjoyed gardening and cooking. Friends and family are invited to a Memorial service on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the MEMORY LAWN CHAPEL, 719 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by GREENWOOD MEMORY LAWN MORTUARY.
