Norman Lindsay Casner III Obituary
Norman Lindsay Casner III, "Buck", 68, of El Paso, Texas, passed away in his home Monday night, September 4, 2017, after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer. Buck is survived by his mother, Mary Carol, brother Chris, son Jack, daughter Katie, six loving grandkids, many cousins, friends, and extended family. Buck was a smart, loving and caring father, grandfather, and a friend to all who knew him. Buck loved life, his family, his cars, and his country. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War; he worked hard his whole life and played even harder. An avid skydiver, fisherman, hot rod enthusiast, and active Second Amendment supporter; one of his greatest joys later in his life was working on his cars and watching the desert sunsets. Buck did not want a funeral or memorial service, asking instead that everyone continue on with their lives, making the best of every situation- just as he always did. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the , P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, OK 73123, 1-800-227-2345, www.cancer.org. Blue skies and tailwinds….
