Passed away November 3. 2018 at the age of 77. American Hoist employee for 23 years and active Navy for 2 years. Graduated from Mechanic Arts HS in 1959. Born January 22, 1941 to John and Lottie; preceded in death by parents, sisters June Jones (Roy) and Virginia Churchhill/Horvath. Survived by children Barb, Don (Kim), Carol (Jeff) Ney, and Ken (Becky) and their mother, Mary Sobasky, nee Koran; brother Dan (Lorraine) of Columbus, GA, and sister Sharon Valley, 11 grandchildren and numerous other relatives. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 19 from 11AM-2PM at DeGideo's Restaurant in St. Paul, our dad's favorite! Please join us to remember a man who loved to golf, hunt, fish, fossil hunt, and explore conspiracy theories. In lieu of gifts, please consider a donation to services that benefit American veterans.

Dear Sobasky Family,
Kenny and family, I read the paper and saw your dad and grandfathers name in the paper. I just wanted to let you know that I am so sorry for you loss. It is never easy when you loss a love one.
May you find comfort from family and friends. May the love of your love one live forever in your heart.. Memories keep the one you loved close toe you in spirit and thought.
