Dennis was a great prosecutor. We worked together at the State Attorney's Office in Miami, Florida. So sad to see this while I was searching old friends in the web. Good man and husband and father. I'm so sorry Claudia. 9-15-2017.

Nothing really prepares us for a sad event such as the untimely passing of Dennis. My thoughts go to Claudia, Christina and Jeremy. I first got to know Dennis when he was in the Hennepin County Attorney's Office. More recently he appeared before me as a lawyer in private practice. Dennis was a very good, skilled lawyer but more importantly he was a very nice person.

I was lucky to know Dennis in California, Florida, and Minnesota. He was a great and generous friend, a positive influence, and brightened up every room he entered. His life has moved on. My thoughts and prayers are with Claudia, Christina and Jeremy.

Dennis was a great guy. I enjoyed talking with him when he would be out at suburban court in Maplewood. He was also in my fantasy football leauge for a few years and did well. Dennis loved his football and stuided it harder then his law books I think? LOL. You will be missed buddy! My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Dennis was my best friend in law school. We studied together, worked in the law library together, played football on a championship team, tried to meet women. Eventually, we were in the JAG Corps together in Monterrey. I met the entire family and even remember his incredibly nice parents. I was in Dennis's and Claudia's wedding. Dennis was a great guy from a fun, loving family. Dennis had a great laugh and found joy in so much. I was so, so sorry to hear this news. My deepest condolences to the entire Casey family.
