I'm deeply sorry for your loss...Ella's story has touched my heart and I know she will always be missed, never forgotten. On a much happier note congratulations on the birth of your little boy Mason...I'm sure he will share in the love that is shown for his big sister.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I can not imagine what you felt and have continued to feel as you've moved through this. Thank you for letting us express our sorrow and for trying to help us understand.

It is only in the depths of my heart that I can imagine losing a child. May you both find peace in the love and beauty that you have and in the future that remains...ahead.

Lyda and Shawn,
Though we've never actually met (I'm Mrs. Dummo), I just wanted to let you know that Phil and I have kept you in our hearts these last months. Thank you for capturing the beauty that is Emma for those of us that couldn't meet her.

Dear Lyda and Shawn,

There's no pain greater than a the loss of a child. It never goes away and it affects you forever. But Ella touched a lot of people in her brief time here. We'll all miss her presence, but she brings us all closer together.

I looked forward to the day I would get to meet Ella and give her a hug. Sadly that day never came, but Ella is still with all of us who waited for her arrival. Her time here was too short, but we won't forget her.

Bless you, Ella. Send us all a smile.

There's nothing one can say to truly ease the loss of a loved one, especially one so small and taken so soon. So let me just say, that small as she was, she made herself known and the love of her family, all away around the world, even to Guam.

Ella, you will remain in our heart forever as one who was wanted so dearly and held not enough, but loved forever.
