George Paskvan Obituary

Paskvan, George O. - 'Roaring' George Paskvan April 28, 1918-April 25, 2005 Age 86. He was a football All American, MVP for Wisconsin Badgers and first round draft choice for Green Bay Packers. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Georgine E. Survived by children, Sue Joyce (John), Fran Greene, Tom (Katie), Tim (Jane), Paul and Mary Paskvan; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. Service Friday 10:30AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 7th Ave. @ Charles St., No. St. Paul. Interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Visitation Thursday 4-8PM. Sandberg Family F.H. 651-777-2600.

To the Paskvan Family:

I was so thrilled to page thru the scrapbook that George kept in

his room at the nursing home and

watch a couple Packers games with

him!Mary is certainly one devoted,

dedicated daughter to have visited

with him on a nearly daily basis in

his last remaining months.
