Beloved Wife, Mother & Grandmother Age 83, of St. Paul Died September 17, 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Karl. Survived by children Karl E. (Cindy), Julie Sweeney (John), Jean Grahek (Glen Leff), and Laura Treichel (Kent); grandchildren, Nathan and Erik Grahek, Frances, Clara and Jonathan Sweeney, Margaret and Lydia Treichel; great-grandchildren, Mia, Jack, Eleanor and Georgia Grahek and Johannah Van Rossum; also survived by her brother Jim Hughes and many other loving relatives and friends. Mary Lou was born in Marshall Town, IA and attended the U of M. She worked 20 years with Ramsey County. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 24 at the Church of St. Thomas More, 1079 Summit Ave., St. Paul. Visitation at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave, St. Paul 3-7 p.m. Sunday and at church 1 hour prior to Mass. Ennichement Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Lexington-Hamline Community Council, St. Thomas More Church and League of Women Voters St. Paul.
