Raymond M. Duval

BROOKSVILLE, Fla. - Raymond M. Duval died Dec. 27, 2012, at HPH Hospice Care Center, Brooksville.

He was born on April 19, 1932, in Manchester, N.H., to Auguste and Rose (Bouchard) Duval.

He attended Manchester West High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He worked as a route salesman for many years. He had an unwavering faith in God and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Family members include his loving wife of 61 years, Lucille (Deshaies) Duval of Brooksville; three sons, Charles Duval and his wife, Judith, of Mineola; Michael Duval and his wife, Joanne, and Gary Duval, all of Manchester; one daughter, Sylvia Prieskorn and her husband, Alan, of Richmond Hill, Ga.; and a sister, Julie Dubois-Hebert of Manchester. He had 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by five brothers, Lionel, Ross, Henry, George and Albert Duval; and two sisters, Lucia Lemay and Grace D'Amour.

Raymond's family would like to express their gratitude to the staff and caregivers at HPH Hospice in Brooksville for their caring assistance and loving care provided to Raymond during his last few months.


services: A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Jan. 5, at St. Marie Church at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road, Manchester.
