MANCHESTER - Constance D. Stratton, 61, of Manchester, died Sept. 17, 2013, at Catholic Medical Center, after a lengthy illness.

She was born on March 15, 1952, the daughter of the late Raymond and Irene (Gendron) Richard and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. Constance was predeceased by husband, John Sr.; a son, Brian and daughter, Irene Stratton.

Family members include five sons, John Stratton Jr., Alan Stratton, Adam Stratton, Christopher Stratton and Brian Stratton, all of Manchester; four daughters, Elizabeth Carney of Clarksville; Samantha Ryan, Jennifer Stratton and Tabitha Stratton, all of Manchester; 24 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Roger Richard and Ronald Richard, both of Manchester; a sister Jacqueline Allen of Manchester, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Constance enjoyed music and played in a band. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.


SERVICES: Calling hours will be at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, on Friday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow in St. Raphael Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Augustin Cemetery.
