On Sunday, June 25, 2017, Richard Letizia of Bedford, NH, passed away unexpectedly doing what he loved best - playing competitive bridge. Although he never did achieve his dream of winning the French Open, he did attain the rank of Bronze Life Master.

He was born in Boston, MA on January 16, 1932 and was a proud West Ender.

He leaves behind his wife of 44 years, Nancy, his beloved daughters, Diane and Karen, special granddaughters Meghan and Danielle, and special great grandson, Cooper. He is also survived by his "big" sister Adell.

He also leaves behind two very special men: his "little bro," James Peck and his son-in-law, Rich Hoppe.

There are also many nieces and nephews who will miss him. So many people have been touched by Dick's kindness, generosity and wisdom. We will treasure the memories. "A Celebration of Life" will be held later this summer.
