LONDONDERRY - Robert M. McCluskey, 60, died Dec. 12, 2012 at Parkland Medical Center in Derry following a lengthy illness.

He was born in East Boston, Mass., on Jan. 30, 1952, the son of William and Dorothy (Carlo) McCluskey.

He served his country in the U. S. Army. He held membership in VFW Post #1617 in Derry and was once a member of the American Legion. He was an avid motorcyclist.

Family members include two sons, Shaun McCluskey and his wife, Christine of Farmington and Scott McCluskey of Hudson; one daughter, Shannon Squires and her husband, Julian of Manchester; 10 grandchildren; one brother, William McCluskey and his wife, Nancy of Billerica, Mass.; one sister, Patricia Armenta of Oklahoma; his former wife, Lauren McCluskey and his longtime, dear friend, Lynn Macri of Connecticut.


SERVICES: Calling hours will be on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.

A funeral service will take place on Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.

Committal services with military honors will follow in the N.H. Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place, 6th Floor, Brookline Mass. 02445.
