BRADENTON, Fla. - Roger P. Proulx, of Bradenton, formerly of Londonderry, N.H., passed away at home on Feb. 18, 2013, at the age of 67.

He was born in Macon, Ga., on Oct. 8, 1945, the son of Marcel (Pop) and Loretta Proulx of Manchester, N.H.

Roger is survived by his beloved wife of 13 years, Martha Proulx. He is remembered by his son, Michael Proulx, wife Stephanie and their three children, Avery, Ethan and Megan, of Hampstead, N.H.; his daughter, Michelle Proulx Frigo and her three sons, Dylan, Tyler and Jamie, of Manchester, N.H.; two stepchildren, Joshua Vogel of Brookline, Mass., and Erin Vogel of Bradenton; three sisters, Linda Littell of Kennebunkport, Maine, Mary Brennan of Newbury, Mass., and Betty Gilpin of Amherst, N.H.; several uncles, aunts and cousins. Roger was predeceased by his first wife, Nancy Kloskowski Proulx, and his brother, Richard Proulx.

After graduation in 1963 from Bishop Bradley High School in Manchester, N.H., he went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Saint Anselm College in 1967. He served a tour of active duty in Vietnam from 1967 to 1969 and retired from the Army Reserves in 1991. He worked as a business consultant, owned a performance management company and most recently was the regional support manager for the Robotics Education Foundation for Florida schools. He was a member of the Londonderry Lions Club, a season ticket holder for the Pittsburgh Pirates, and a member of the West Central Florida Mustang Club.
