MANCHESTER - Roland A. Cote, 86, of Manchester, passed away on Aug. 30, 2013.

Mr. Cote was born April 14, 1927, in Lynn, Mass., a son of Arthur and Mary (Boutin) Cote, and had been a longtime resident of Florida, having recently moved to Manchester to be closer to family.

Prior to retirement, Mr. Cote was a welder fabricator with the Ingersoll-Rand Company for many years.

Mr. Cote was a talented furniture maker and was known to many as a very generous man to both his family and friends.

Mr. Cote was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.

He was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn (Lambert) Cote. Family includes two daughters, Donna Walton of Goffstown and Martha Cote of Florida; two sons, Peter Cote of Manchester and Art Cote and his wife, Cindy, of Florida; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; as well as several nieces and nephews.


services: Graveside services will be conducted at Westlawn Cemetery in Goffstown at the convenience of family.
