MANCHESTER - Rita Ruth (Boisvert) Beaudet, 89, of Manchester passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at Mount Carmel Rehab and Nursing Center, surrounded by her loving family.Born in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Theode and Alexina (Auger) Boisvert. Raised and educated in Manchester, Rita was a graduate of Ste. Marie School, class of 1942. In 1943, she married the love of her life, the late Gerard Boisvert.A devoted wife and mother, Rita's family was paramount in her life. She greatly enjoyed the company of her son and adored all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her favorite pastime was bingo. At Mount Carmel, Rita became a social butterfly, speeding down the halls with her walker to talk to her many friends. A beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, she will be deeply missed.Rita is survived by her son, Robert and his wife, Elaine of Manchester; three grandchildren, Christine and husband Michael Lowry, Selene and husband Eric Beland, and Jason Beaudet and fiancée Cindy; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Dalaire; and extended family and friends. In addition to her husband, Rita was predeceased by six siblings, Lorette Lefbrve, Arline Bara, Ida Barbaine, Irene Nordle, Marcelle Laverture, and Hector Boisvert.


SERVICES: Calling hours will be held in the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, on Saturday, April 26, from 9 to 10 a.m. followed by a jubilee service at 10 a.m. Committal to follow in the Mount Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road, Manchester. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Rita's memory to Mount Carmel Rehab and Nursing Center, 235 Myrtle St., Manchester, 03104.
