There will always be a void in my heart and life since we lost you Wendy. You became the daughter I never had and I cherish the memories of my time with you. I know that you are in heaven with my Fred who loves you as I do. I know we will all be together again in time. Carrie

So sorry and shocked to hear of this news! Wendy was a substitute fill in for my daughter's kindergarten teacher over 3 yrs ago at Glen Lake she took over for quite a few months while the teacher was out on leave and she filled in as if there was no gap between the 2 teachers. It was clear that she loved that passion with the kids! So young and so sorry for the family!

We enjoyed the school year that we shared with Mrs. Tefft. We all will miss her.

From Precisely Vague (a brief tribute I wrote). https://1inawesomewonder.com/2016/09/02/precisely-vague/

She would bend low to better hear those little voices so honest and true.

And she possessed a quality to be impacted just as much as she would do.
