Susan Desgrosiellier Babcock 1951 - 2021
PLATTSBURGH - Susan Desgrosiellier Babcock, 69, passed away on February 7, 2021 in Plattsburgh, NY after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
Sue attended Clinton High School, Clinton, NY and was a graduate of the Equine Science Program at SUNY Morrisville.
Sue had a passion for horses and explored numerous trails throughout the US and parts of Canada and Mexico; her favorite being the trails she rode while residing in Sedona, AZ.
She was an avid tennis player and talented florist while residing in Clinton, NY, where she spent the majority of her life.
Sue and Dana traveled extensively throughout the country, however always loved their house in the Crater Club, Essex, NY; a place they have spent summers for the past 5 decades.
Sue was a great friend, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was the ultimate multi-tasker who always spoke her mind.
Sue is survived by her husband of 48 years, Dana; their three children, Derek (Danielle), Tyler (Erin) and Matthew (Jaclyn); and their five grandchildren, Skylar, Rockland, Stella, Brewer and Blake.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a date to be determined.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh.

So sorry to hear that Sue passed. I remember growing up in Clark Mills with her and her sister's on White St.My thoughts and prayers are with Dana her children, grandchildren and sisters.

So sorry to hear about the passing of Sue. We always enjoyed the times together on road trips with the kids hockey. She was such a character, in a really good way, always seemed to be smiling. May God Bless Sue and the family, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
