Taylor A. Mishlanie 2011 - 2018
MARCY - Taylor A. Mishlanie, 6, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare after succumbing to injuries sustained in a fire.
She was born on July 24, 2011, in Syracuse, the daughter of Christopher Mishlanie and the late Heather Narbone Mishlanie and attended Marcy Elementary School.
Taylor was a very outgoing little girl and absolutely loved everyone and would befriend the young to the elderly - age was no matter to her. She enjoyed to sing, play soccer and dance with her friends at Empire Dance Studios. Taylor was a glitter girl and jumped at the chance to add glitter to her nails, hair and outfits.
Surviving are her father, Christopher, Marcy; brother, Matthew, Marcy; half-brothers, Luis and Alexander Gonzalez, Yorkville; paternal great-grandmother, Zaida Valik; paternal grandparents, William (Jacqueline) Mishlanie, Utica; maternal grandparents, Judith (Tom Kopec) Narbone, Deerfield and Paul (Donna) Narbone, Remsen; uncles, Michael (Robyn) Mishlanie, Brian (Amy) Mishlanie and their daughter, Aria and Paul and Timothy Narbone and Joseph Bocchino.
Taylor's family wishes to extend their gratitude to the volunteers and staff of the Yorkville, Maynard, Whitesboro and New York Mills Fire and Police Departments and Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare Emergency Room for their care and compassion.
Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Thursday (today), from 4-7 p.m., at Dimbleby Funeral Homes, Inc., 40 Main St., Whitesboro. Prayer of Incense will be offered at 6:30 p.m. Funeral services will be on Friday, at 1 p.m., from St. Louis Gonzaga Church where the Divine Liturgy of the Departed will be celebrated. Burial will be in the spring in Grandview Cemetery, Whitesboro.
