Michael Knight Obituary
UTICA - Michael Joseph Knight, 55, passed away on March 9, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center after a battle with COVID-19.
He was born in Brooklyn, on October 10, 1965, a son of Stephen, III and Anna (Murphy) Knight. Michael loved his city of birth and always considered Brooklyn his home. He was a big NY Mets fan and always looked forward to the start of the season. Michael had a photographic memory that came in handy with his family as he could easily settle any debate about historic events, big or small. He will be remembered as a kind-hearted and outgoing man, loved by all who knew him.
Michael will be missed by his father and stepmother, Stephen, III and Charlotte Knight; his two brothers, John Knight and Jim Knight; his two nephews and niece, Stephen V, John, Jr. and Kristina; and his great-niece and great-nephew, Anna and Stephen, VI.
He was predeceased by his mother, Anna Knight; and two brothers, Tom and Stephen, IV.
Private services will be held for the family.
Arrangements by Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Clinton, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Michael's name.

Dearest Knight Family,
Our hearts were so deeply saddened to hear of Mike’s passing. He will always be remembered as a kind, sincere and genuine human being. We had so much fun growing up with Mike, as neighbors on St Mary’s Ave. Lots of great memories serve as comfort right now. He was one of a kind, and always kept us laughing. He was part of our family from Clinton to Florida and back. We send you all our love, sympathy and prayers. We will never forget our good friend, Mike Knight. With heartfelt sympathy,

Living just a few doors away from the Knights on St. Mary’s Ave. Mike became a close friend and an extended part of our family for many years. He was a rare and beautiful soul....always friendly, positive, upbeat, respectful. We consider ourselves fortunate that he was part of our lives and are grateful for the many special memories he gave us. Rest In Peace, Mike Knight.....you will be sadly missed.

Mike and I grew up on St. Mary's Ave. I Clinton. I have not seen Mike in years but I remember him to be very nice. I know God has welcomed him into heaven eventhough he was taken too soon.
