Hazel BOUDVILLE Obituary
December 24, 1948 – September 10, 2015
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, Hazel Josephine Boudville. Hazel is survived by her husband Leonard; son Fabian; daughter Darlene (Slobodian); son-in-law Brian; two grandchildren Emily and Kacie; three sisters Marcia, Annette and Diana; brother Robert; six nephews and three nieces. After a hard- fought and courageous three year battle with cancer, Hazel, age 66, passed away at Surrey Memorial Hospital with her loving husband at her side. Hazel was born and raised in Malacca, Malaysia. She immigrated to Canada in March 1989. She worked for 22 years as a care aide at Kinsmen Place Lodge in Surrey. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren. The family will be having a Memorial Service at Immaculate Conception Parish, 8842 119th St., Delta, on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
