It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Pipe Major Albert John Duncan, CD. Albert passed away peacefully after a day with his daughters. Albert was predeceased by his parents, John and Louise Duncan, sister, Frances Miller and the woman he loved, Mary Ann Clapp. He is survived by his 5 children, Donna, Sandy, Laurie, Gordon and Tammy, his sister and brother-in-law, Noreen and Peter Dick, as well as 12 grandchildren, 4 great- grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends. Albert enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. He was a professional piper having won the coveted MacCrimmon Memorial Cairn and was an instructor, judge and mentor to many up and coming young (and old) pipers. He loved golfing, camping and was an avid sports fan. Dad would never miss "the game".
