My best wishes are with the family at this time. I am so happy that Brian entered my life almost 20 years ago as he began running kitchen services himself at the school where I was beginning to teach. We would have many great chats, he introduced me to Glenn, and after he moved on as the business grew, we always greeted each other on the few times we saw one another as good friends.
Brian had a great knack for dealing with people, and I believe having him enter mine has made me, and others, that much richer.
I'm sorry I cannot attend the celebration today due to prior commitments, but I'll be there in spirit.
Brian, here's to you!

There are no words to ease the loss of a father, husband, brother, uncle, son. Our thoughts are with you at this very sad time. Brian will be missed and remembered by us all. To all of the Canuel Family; I was surprised to hear this very sad news of Brian's passing. I remember all the times cooking for him in our culinary centre. Amazing food service company that Brian and Glenn built together. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May Brian rest in peace.

To my dearest uncle Brian. You are gone but never forgotten. I am so blessed to have you, such a wonderful, caring, kind hearted man as my uncle. I remember sleepovers at your house being full of energy and laughter courtesy of you. My children and husband are ever so lucky to have been able to have you in their lives. Though the time was short, everytime we got to see you was full of laughter and love. You will be forever loved and missed. RIP.
