I knew Jean before Thousand Oaks, they lived on Burton st. in the valley and I was friends with all her children, when they moved to Thousand Oaks, I was invited to Debbie's slumber parties on Janss Road, so much fun, RIP Jean, you are with Tom now, and probably having coffee with my Mom Janet Halle. Peace be with your family.

I've known Jean for 35 years, her home was always a revolving door. She welcomed everyone in her home with kindness and love. She let us have partys and bbq's and fed us as well. And when we grew up and had our own children she gave them a place to play and swim in her pool. The house on Janss Road always felt like family and that's how you were treated by the Dennison family. She was an Icon to many of us that grew up in Thousand Oaks. Those days will never be forgotten by me with the history I have with them. God Bless the family through this hard time...I truly loved her.

I will never forget her wonderful pool parties, where she prepared the most fabulous foods for her children's friends, of which I was fortunate to be a part! I still have her recipe for baked beans, Chinese Beef with Green Pepper, and those incredible chicken wings; the meat of which she would pull up into a ball at the tip of the bone, marinate, then deep-fry for an amazing finger food dish! Her door was always open; the house filled with kids and we always had a ball! Much love and blessings to Dave, Debbie & Billy! Will miss you, darling Jean!
