O'Neil was a very gifted artist and a good teacher of art for the students of Santa Clara High School, Oxnard, CA. I appreciated sharing ideas with him. May O'Neil rest in peace.

Neil was a great friend and class mate at SCHS. I was lucky to get to be part or the art work he did. He always displayed a calm personality that people were drawn to.. He and I had some great talks over the years. Even though we did see each often when we did it was as if we just spoke the day before. I know he's missed litterally all over the world. He had the great gift if art that continues to live on as he will in our hearts! Rest in Peace brother!

We know Oneil for such a short time here in NY, but he did touch many people. The painting he did on the lockers in Newfield School is still there. The love he show for the children shine when you look at it. When Mick and I visited you both the kindness was always there. We love both of you may God Bless him and give you strength.
