Steven Schatzberg passed away on Aug. 30, 2008.
He is survived by his wife, partner and best friend of 27 amazing years, Leslie Daryl (Zerg) Schatzberg. He was the beloved father of Daniel Victor Schatzberg, Andrew Evan Schatzberg and Emily Anne Schatzberg.
He passed through life with honesty, decency and compassion. He always loved to laugh and to extend a helping hand. He will be sorely missed. He was such a good man.

My deepest condolences in this time for your family. I, too, was a student of Steve's at Kalmenson and Kalmenson. He was instrumental in my voice over education, and I will never forget how much he helped me. He was a great man, and an excellent teacher, and my thoughts are with you.

Leslie, Emily and Boys,
We were shocked to read about Steven passing. Over the years we truly enjoyed running into your family and "catching up" after our kids weren't in the same school anymore. Steven's ability to light up a room and talk to everyone was amazing. He will always be remembered in our hearts and will truly be missed!
God bless your family in this time of need and beyond. Love, Doug, Kathy Rebecca, Jenny and Scott Hamlet

He was a patient of my Moms and she always spoke of him as an awesome person. I e-mailed him a few times about Voice Over stuff and he always had good advice and kind words for me. I wish I would have been able to meet him.
