Met Max through Oscar Socia. Was a wonderful Gentleman, I always enjoyed listening to all the history Max would share. He had so much knowledge. This is a huge loss to The City of New Baltimore.

I will always remember the wonderful times that I could sit and enjoy a beverage with Max while listening to his stories. He had a huge heart and his dedication to the City of New Baltimore was tremendous. He accomplished many great things throughout his life and had a positive effect on many people's lives. My condolences to his family and I wish that you rest in peace.
