John Louis Osborne
John Louis Osborne born November 1955, left us in February 2019.

In his 63 years, John had accomplished so much: • Private Pilot by age 20, multiple air race awards.• Owner and operator of JL Osborne Inc and J.L Osborne Enterprises • 20 year high school mentor • Developer and Owner of multiple single engine aircrafts STCs for FAA • Active member of: The Quite Birdman, Navion Society, Al Malaikah Shriners, and Free Masons However, here are what those achievements do not say about the man: He grew up poor and without a college education, but through incredible hard work and clever persistence he became an inspiring success, running two technical, high profile businesses. John did not simply fly airplanes, he proved that when you love what you do it shows. He was a pilot's pilot-respected beyond measure by his peers throughout the West for his skill and expertise. John believed in God, witnessing that faith every day by treating everyone with respect and kindness. His John-isms- comments, advice, encouragement- have become legendary to all those who knew him well. He was a devoted husband and best friend to his wife of more than 35 years. John was a father, a proud dad who viewed his children as his whole world, and continually filled their hearts with endless, indescribable love. Last year, John's greatest wish came true when he became a doting grandfather to Chloe, his tiny bundle of joy. John was a generous, kind, and extraordinary man; a spectacular human who tried his best to help improve the lives of all he knew, which makes our hurt all the more profound. And yet, we who survive him, are surrounded by thousands of remembrances, daily reminders of the grace he was in our lives. It is this persistence of memory that allows us to abide our long and painful separation. We shall miss him, always. John has been laid to rest in his native home of Apple Valley, CA and is at peace with his son, Steven Osborne. He is survived by his wife, Mary Osborne; daughter, Sally Osborne-Barone; son-in-law, Joshua Barone; and granddaughter Chloe Barone. An official celebration of life will be held by Mary Osborne, for all who knew him well and loved him, a date will be announced.
