HOWARD CHARLES LIEBENGOOD "Howie"
Of Vienna, Virginia, 51, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021. Howie was born in Manhattan, Kansas on March 28, 1969 to Howard S. Liebengood and Deanna (Mickey) Liebengood. Beloved husband of Serena M. Liebengood; brother of John D. (London) Liebengood, Anne (Adam) Winters. He is also survived by his loving nephews, Harper Winters, John H. Liebengood, Henry Winters and niece, Genevieve Liebengood. Funeral services will be privately held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Howard's name to The Special Olympics or Alzheimer's Association.
