Not a day goes by where I´m not reminded of something you taught me or make sure I learned. You will always and forever be apart of my life even though I can´t see you, your voice is always near. Thank you for being the father every girl wish they could have.

Uncle Donald,
You were fun to be around and you will be missed. I will cherish the memories of us drinking coffee together, you prepared mine in a special cup. As children, Butch and I enjoyed your visits and receiving money for the candy lady. You would say “don’t spend it all in one place”.
We love you and will miss you!
Aunt Willie,
You had a warm loving husband; I know you and your family have a lot of fond memories to cherish. The Smallwood family is in our prayers.

I remember when our big brother, Donald took us to school and taught us how to cross the street. He also taught us so many activities, such as bike riding, roller skating, and swimming. We really loved when he taught us how to make a skate board. I will miss our weekly telephone conversations and all the laughter we shared. The thought of my big brother and my baby sister being together brings some peace to my heart. Love Chi-Chi, (Sister)
PS. Your brother-in-law, Scottie, will miss you also.

Smallwood is always in my thoughts. I worked with him in the DC school system. He taught me the dignity in all work. He took me by his mothers place where he would spike her morning coffee with something special. He inspired me to continue in my education where I finished at Tuskegee's School of Veterinary Medicine. I have and will cherish his loving memory. Nothing but love to the family.

To my Big Brother,
I love and miss you so much! It hurts me knowing that you are gone, but I know you will always be with me; in my heart and in my memories, which I will cherish forever. I will miss hearing you laugh and the conversations we shared over drinks. I will miss us watching and talking about our stories together. I will never forget the time I called you because I needed someone to lean on, you were right there, and ready to beat someone up for bothering your sister.
Even though you are gone, you live on through me. You have made me proud of the person you became and the wonderful life you lived. Peter and I send our deepest condolences to the family, we love you all!
I will always love you Donald!

Uncle Donald,
One of my favorite and coolest great uncles, I will always love and miss you! I am very saddened by your death, but I will cherish the memories of us eating Jellybeans together. I did not like the black jellybeans and you would eat them out of my hand. My children did not get to meet you, but from pictures they know you were cool!
To the family,
I love you all and I am sorry about the death of Uncle Donald. My family and I send our deepest condolences. Uncle Donald may be physically gone, but his memories and gracious spirit will live on forever.
