As a former member of ANC 2A in Foggy Bottom, I remember being sworn in by Jack Evans. All of us on the ANC admired him for his honesty, hard work and genuine concern in the otherwise bleak chaos which was the DC government under M. Barry. All of my ANC colleagues and Foggy Bottom friends were very happy for him when he met and married the beautiful Noel Soderberg. We greeted with glee the news that they had had triplets. It is so sad that such a happy family is devastated by her death at such an early age. May I offer my deep personal condolences. Ramona Lauda Falls Church VA

With deepest sympathy to the Soderberg family and Evans family. I first met Noel at the wedding of my sister Rose Artymowicz to Jerry Soderberg. I will always remember Noel for her beauty and grace. She warmly welcomed the Artymowicz family into the Soderberg family. To Noel's children, treasure the moments you remember with your mother for this will keep her alive in your hearts. You will always feel her presence guiding you through life and do remember this, her love for you will never leave you. You are all in my prayers. With love, Mary Jane, Aubrey and Taylor Dudek

To Noel's children, You do not know us.We are the parents of your Aunt Rose Soderberg.Every Christmas your mommy would send a picture with all of you even your dog Kayla. On your mommy's smile we could see that you mend the world to her.Over the years visiting with our daughterRose in Minneapolis andWashington we would sometimes meet your mommy Noel. She was a good and kind person. We will always remember her smile. Your mommy had to go but remember she is with the angels and your grandma Marlys and together they will watch over you. I worked with Noel many years ago in DC at a real estate firm. It was with tremendous saddness that I learned of her passing. What beauty, intelligence and zest for life she possessed! I'm so sorry for your loss. My prayers will be with you.

I am an old friend of Noel's cousin, Lisa Carrico (Sims). I am heartbroken for your loss.
Her glow drew us
And we ran with her
To prolong the day
And refuse the stars.

My earliest memory of the Soderberg family is of sitting next to Noel on the Basilica Schoolbus on the first day of school(maybe it was the Soderbergs first day.) She was one year younger than I, and so vivacious! Throughout the years I have periodically, by chance or various reunions, or funerals, run into Noel, I have been struck by that same energy only enhanced by years. She was a great girl from a great Minneapolis family. My prayers are with you Soderbergs.
