Hello, I hope this reaches Zola.
Zola, I am so sorry, I did not know of Irv's passing and just found out by chance online. It has been a long time but I still treasure such wonderful memories of the two of you, especially in the old days of the film/psychoananlysis seminar. I hope you are well and surrounded by the comforts os family. May his memory be for a blessing. Warm hugs, Micheline (Klagsbrun).

I'm so sorry to hear of Irving's passing. I didn't know him as well as I'd have liked, but we both graduated NYU and though of differing religious background, we shared a similar opposition to war as mentioned in the scriptures (Psalm 46:9-11): that the God of Jacob 'would break the bow, shatter the spear, burn the military wagons with fire; and that he, the God of Jacob, is a secure refuge for us.'
My condolences to his family.
