Clif was a student of mine at Peach Co. HS in the 70s. I can still see him walking down the hall, coming to my classroom carrying a huge stack of books! He was a good kid and a conscientious student. He left us far too early.

Larry: I'm so sorry to hear of your loss.

Hey Clif,
I knew you for a short time, but you impacted my family as if we knew you for many many years. Thank you for never giving up in teaching me when to use Literally and Figuratively. Thanks for all the one-liners during Baseball practices that kept everyone sane because you would say what everyone was thinking. One of my favorite baseball quotes you gave to my son after he injured himself playing around was. "If you are going to be stupid, you better be tough." Enjoyed the margaritas, wings, oysters, and O's games with you. See what you can do with the big man on putting your O's on the right path. Love your family and we will always be there if called upon for them.

My condolences to the family of Cliff. I knew him in high school and I only have positive memories of him. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He was a nice guy. Too young; just dang.

Growing up in Byron, Cliff seemed larger than life ... a brighter flame ... talented, hansome and gregarious. The world will be a little less without him. My condolances to all who knew and loved him.

"To see a world in a grain of sand
And a heaven in a wildflower;
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour."

I'm so sorry to learn of Clif's death. Clif and I shared many classes in high school and were together a great deal out of school. Clif was well admired, respected and loved. It saddens me to know Clif is no longer in the world to enrich the lives of his students, friends and family.

We'll meet again on some bright highway,
Songs to sing and tales to tell.
But I am just a pilgrim on this road, boys.
Until I see you fare thee well.
