Albert J. Pearce, Jr. (Age 76)
On Sunday, June 24, 2018, of Olney, MD. Beloved husband of Eileen Pearce; father of Christine (Jim) Hahn, Jeffrey (Cathy) Pearce; grandfather of Robert, Allison, and Christopher Hahn, Samantha and Sydney Pearce; brother of Daniel and Michael Pearce and the late Virginia Phillips and Robert Pearce; son of the late Anna Mary (Irons) and Albert J. Pearce, Sr. AJ grew up in Broad Channel, NY and joined the Air Force at the age of 17. After serving in the Air Force he worked in the heating and air conditioning industry and eventually owned his own business where he enjoyed success for over 40 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, active in Marriage Encounter, and was a past president of the local Air Conditioning Contractors of America. AJ was extremely handy and had a big heart, and there was nothing that he wouldn't do for a friend or family member in need. Relatives and friends may call at St. Peter's Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD, on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 11 to 12 noon where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12 noon. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, Washington, DC [littlesistersofthepoorwashingtondc.org]. www.collinsfuneralhome.com

Loved the man. Our time together was short but we had plenty of stories & laughs. He was a mentor and a friend and it was obvious he was proud of his family and his heart was for Eileen. God Bless all!

My deepest sympathy to the entire Pearce family and extended family and especially to Eileen and close friend since childhood, Christine. I remember coming over to Christine's house in Olney as a teenager and Mr Pearce would always have a smile on his face. He would be very welcoming and joking a lot.
